Full road closure of both the north and south bound lanes will be in effect from Coconut Grove Marketplace to Walua Road. Aid stations. There are four aid stations for the half marathon, one approximately every 1.5 miles. Since this is an out and back race, you will pass the aid stations twice for your half marathon. The 5k will have only one aid station at the turn around. We will have water and HIDrate available at each aid station. We will also have Coca Cola at Aid Station #2.
Our aid stations will battle again this year for the coveted position of Most Spirited Aid Station!! The winner will receive bragging rights and $500.
Thank you to our aid station groups including Kona Coast Hash House Harriers, Holualoa Elementary, and Kelly Hudik and company!
